In the last parts of the panel, it was emphasised that increasing athlete health and performance is not limited to physical development, and that psychological analyses, as well as measurement and evaluation, strengthen the motivation levels of athletes.

Regardless of whether the goal is social gain or success in sports activities, which is the field of physical struggle, the development periods of children from 6-9 years of age to the highest level of elite performance groups should be followed, their abilities should be evaluated and studies should be planned with the determination of the most efficient periods in the development of the most motor skills, and the nutrition programme, posture regulating programme, development recommendations that improve the health level should be evaluated and followed by both the athlete, family and coach on the same platform.

Whatever the goal for children, health comes first.

The fruitful exchange of information obtained in this panel has provided important contributions for our future studies and the efficiency of the Sportive Performance Software System, which provides the most basic evaluation of sport, has been demonstrated.
