Isn't hard work the main factor in athlete development? 🤔

The Biological Age (Maturation) Levels of our children in the developmental age are different from each other even if they are at the calendar age. According to scientific studies, this difference can vary by +/- 2 years in children of the same calendar age. For example, the biological age of a 10-year-old child may be 8 or 12. This situation is characterised as Early, Normal and Late development periods of children. In the field of sports where physical parameters are at the forefront, these differences in children have revealed the necessity of preparing appropriate programmes for children during the performance of movements. The motor skill levels of children with different physical development periods also differ in strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility and coordination parameters. Since the rate of physical development is characterised by mental, social and psychological development, it has been found in studies that it also affects academic and social adaptation at a high level. Failure to pay attention to the biological age in the developmental period in ALL SPORTS branches where physical parameters are at the forefront can cause anxiety or boredom in children, and the child who thinks that the sports activity is not for him/her may stay away from sports activities throughout his/her life.

In addition, according to the Biological (physical) Age, which is based on the working principles of countries that are successful in raising Olympic Athletes such as America, Canada and Australia; In the developmental age that can continue until the age of 19, it is ensured that the studies are planned by determining the most efficient periods in the motor skill development of children. For example, according to the biological age for speed skill, the most efficient age for speed skill in boys is 7-9 years. It is ensured that this skill, which is suitable for the child without determining the biological age and which should be worked intensively in this period, is done using scientific methods, not randomly.

Therefore, Biological Age is a more important value in sports education than the education itself. No matter how well the education is read, if the child is not trained according to the appropriate periods and the biological age is not determined, you are deemed to have accepted the RANDOM Development.

Benefits and Effects of Biological Age Measurements
✨Early, normal, late development period of the child is determined.
✨Biological Grouping is made and Education level is determined.
✨For the continuity of children in sports by providing flow in sports; It provides the elimination of negative psychological situations such as anxiety, stress and boredom in order for children to make sports a lifelong habit and become a successful athlete with studies suitable for their education level.
✨Peer bullying by children with physical superiority (early developing) to children with low physical parameters (late developing) due to the +/- 2 Age 5 year developmental difference in physical parameters between children in the developmental period is eliminated with the Biological Age grouping technique.
✨ Training programming with the biological grouping technique of children with the same physical development level facilitates the coach's work and gives him the chance to deal more with the children.
